Best Next Step comes from my passion for “what’s next?”—for processes, tools and communications in the evolving workplace, orchestrating experiences that solve problems, connects employees and moves forward.  

My 25-year career journey includes employee communications roles across agency, in-house and corporate teams (ex-GE), primarily as a message and channel strategist, with a large dose of program leadership across company changes, HR transformations, tech launches, service model and cultural shifts. 

• 20+ unique experiences on change projects, sharpening transformational and transactional messaging, and writing for today’s readers—90%+ involved, 2x better understanding. 
• Consistently removed barriers to employee engagement, deploying new intranets, mobile, email and conversational channels, typically with 65% early adoption, 80%+ after 6 months.
• Dug in on complex data, compliance and operational needs to enable better communications processes, improving speed and accuracy—drove year-long changes in 100-days!
• Aligned more than 80% of an organization (95%+ participation) through the power of listening to employees before shifting organization goals or structures.
